    Great thoughts. I do agree that there letter is a bit cryptic. I disagree in that it’s a cost-cutting measure. Assuming on the high-side their dues are $200K, it’s a small admin fee for a business that size. I think they’re uncomfortable with some of the DSA membership. I’m not saying that ALL members are bad, just enough to get Avon to ask “WTH?” I do think some of Avon’s comments are directed squarely at Amway and Herbalife (with the comment about distributors selling to other distributors directed at Nutrition Clubs).
